Hi, i have a dell xps m1330 and it has 3GB ram, i was interesting in upgrading. Help!

You have to have the 64 bit version of Vista or anything over 3 gig will not be seen by the system. Same goes with Windows 7 -- have the have the 64 bit version. 32 bit versions cannot address that many memory pages.
