i want efficency and best value for my money. I will only use it to use the internet via wifi, so please tell me which one is better

hmm.........it depends on your requirements. You wrote you want efficiency, what do you mean? Do you want more memory or faster connection to the internet?

The 40GB gives morspace on the C: drive for storing more files. It will take a while to be used up than the 20 GB. Also Intel pentium Mobile is faster than pentium iii. But the Fujitsu Stylistic st4110 Tablet PC Computer laptop is smaller. Size also matters
